701: Compensation Policy Statement and Objectives

Statement

Georgetown University is committed to providing a fair, flexible and competitive staff and AAP compensation program that will attract, retain and reward high-performing employees at all levels. The compensation structure and policies reflect the breadth and complexity of the work performed in positions across the University, while accounting for the unique sets of skills and responsibilities of the employees in those positions.

The compensation program’s policies and procedures will be consistent with the University’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The Department of Human Resources develops, administers, and interprets the University’s compensation policy.
