105: Confidentiality – Staff Records

The University will safeguard confidential information concerning employees in accordance with HR Policy 403, Confidential Information.  Authorized government agencies are allowed access to an employee’s personnel record.  Employees who wish to review their own personnel file should make arrangements with the Department of Human Resources.
