112: Staff Handbook
We recognize that no handbook can anticipate every circumstance or question about policy. As circumstances change, the need may arise to change policies described in the Handbook. The Center therefore reserves the right to revise, supplement, or rescind any policies or portion of the Staff Handbook from time to time, as it deems appropriate. The Staff Handbook is not intended to create any binding contractual obligations, nor is it intended to be an employment contract, either express or implied, nor shall it serve as a contract of employment.
