102: Staff Orientation

All new staff members will meet with the Director for orientation, which will include instruction on the Center’s philosophy, policies, procedures and guidelines. Instruction will include careful and thorough directions regarding University and Center security policies and procedures. Each employee will be given a copy of the Staff Handbook, the Parent Handbook, and the Curriculum Handbook. Each employee will also be given a copy of his or her position description and performance evaluation procedures.
